Ixana is pushing the boundaries of Wi-R – wireless communication that's 100x more energy-efficient than Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

We're seeking a seasoned validation professional to lead our validation efforts in Bengaluru.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing validation team with a culture of innovation
  • Oversight of validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems, driving technical excellence
  • Establishment of world-class labs and automation frameworks for streamlined workflows
  • Collaboration across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally, promoting effective communication
  • Pioneering end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation to meet cutting-edge standards

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of post-silicon validation experience of SoCs or communication chips, with a focus on wireless technologies
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes, and a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Python, C, and C++ for automation and data analysis, as well as SQL for database management
  • A proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams with diverse skill sets
  • A passion for low-power systems, wireless technologies, and staying up-to-date with industry developments
