Job Title:

A Business Optimization Specialist is required to play a pivotal role in enhancing business processes and operational efficiency.

This strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams will be responsible for identifying opportunities, translating business needs into solutions, and ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ai Opportunity Identification
  • Discover and prioritize use cases that align with business goals.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
Requirements Gathering & Translation
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Business Case Development
  • Build ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Performance Monitoring
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for projects.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Ai Governance & Ethics
  • Ensure solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex Ai).
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
