We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Web Development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering, a strong background in technical leadership, and a proven track record of shipping complex products.

Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our web applications, ensuring seamless integrations with our design and technology stacks.

• Oversee full-stack delivery, from implementing features to testing and deploying to production.

• Maintain and evolve our Shopify application, guaranteeing top performance and long-term maintainability.

• Implement SEO technical tasks on our website to maximize visibility and growth.

• Manage translations across our web platform, Studio, and Shopify apps for global users.

• Design, implement, and secure authentication flows, including user login/authorization and API key generation.

• Develop and maintain customer-facing dashboards and tools.

• Integrate APIs from our IT team and build proxy servers to enable efficient communication between front-end code and back-end endpoints.

• Optimize website performance by designing data flows that keep interactions smooth and scalable.

• Enforce state management best practices, ensuring clarity, predictability, and maintainability in complex interfaces.

Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including senior-level hands-on coding.

• Proven leadership in scaling engineering teams, preferably in SaaS/AI/consumer tech.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React, VIKE SSR, and Playwright.

• Track record of shipping complex products fast without sacrificing reliability.

• Experience managing Scrum teams and enforcing sprint discipline.

• Passion for AI and automation, with real examples of using AI in development workflows.

• Relentless about quality, delivery, and accountability, while knowing when to ship 'good enough' to learn faster.

• Ability to make tough calls on tech and people decisions.

• Fluent in English.
