Billing and Payment Specialist Job Description

This role is responsible for providing support to customers with billing queries, ensuring payments are processed correctly, and performing risk assessments to prevent fraudulent activities.

  • Support customers via email and phone with billing-related inquiries.
  • Verify payment receipts and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform risk assessments on customer accounts to identify potential fraud.
  • Assist customers with adding funds to their accounts, payment modes, and product pricing information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 0-2 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an IT platform.
  • Graduate from any stream, preferably Commerce, Engineering, or BSC (IT or Computers).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
