Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned performance marketer to join our team. This role involves running high-performing ads across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing substantial budgets and driving growth for SaaS products. Knowledge of ABM tools is an added bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search & Display campaigns across all major ad platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
  • Strategically design and manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer retention, delivering measurable results.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to iterate and scale successful strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and optimize budget allocations, ensuring high ROI across campaigns.
  • Create and test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates, continually refining tactics.
  • Experiment with new channels and tactics to find growth opportunities, expanding our marketing reach.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with paid marketing campaigns in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Proven experience in managing high-budget paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI, demonstrating a clear ability to drive growth.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions independently, driving business outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales, product) to drive campaign success, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
