About the Position

As a NICU Staff Nurse at Even, you will play a vital role in the healthcare team, specializing in the care of critically ill or premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with pediatricians and specialists to develop individualized care plans, ensuring that all infants receive the highest standard of care during their critical early days.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records, responding to medical emergencies and implementing life-saving measures when necessary.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research activities, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of neonatal nursing principles and protocols.
  • Ability to perform CPR and other emergency interventions.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
