Job Summary
">The Nurse Care Specialist at Medico Hub plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Located in Bangalore, this position is critical to the overall functioning of our nursing team.

- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.">

- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.">
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.">
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.">
- Perform wound care and other technical nursing procedures.">
- Participate in health education initiatives for patients and families.">
- Respond to medical emergencies in a timely and effective manner.">
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.">
- Record all relevant patient information in electronic health records accurately.">
- Participate in quality assurance activities to improve patient care outcomes.">
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance nursing skills.">
Required Qualifications
">- ">
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) degree.">
- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma/certification.">
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.">
- Current registration with the Karnataka Nursing Council.">
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.">
- Strong knowledge of nursing best practices and healthcare regulations.">
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.">
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.">
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaborative patient care.">
- Sound judgment and critical thinking abilities.">
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.">
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.">
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.">
