About This Position:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Consultant to enhance our team's capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management), aligning with business requirements and goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs and translate them into effective Ariba solutions, driving business value and efficiency.
  • Support end-to-end Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Ensure proper integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA), guaranteeing data consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices with the team, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.

Required Expertise:

  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with a minimum of 2 years in Guided Sourcing, showcasing deep understanding and proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules, enabling informed decision-making and effective solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing, ensuring technical competence and adaptability.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points, facilitating seamless transactions and minimizing errors.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration, highlighting ability to navigate complex systems and technologies.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills, essential for building trust, resolving conflicts, and delivering results.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is highly valued but not mandatory.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
  • Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects.
