Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Network Security team in Hyderabad.

This role will be responsible for leading the team in the support and strategic improvement of our global network security platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Effectively lead a team of network security engineers supporting all network security infrastructure and services 24*7 by responding to and resolving all requests and trouble tickets within stipulated SLA time
  2. Clearly understand the root cause of all network security outages and take remediation steps to prevent recurrence of the problem
  3. Ability to prioritize work across a team based on business criticalities and also be flexible to work on ad hoc tasks as assigned by the director
  4. Fully understand and have your team adhere to the team's network standards and procedures both in technical and functional areas
  5. Maintain positive relationships with all user communities, peers and the management team
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or similar
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in system administration in an enterprise network security production environment
  • Experience leading a technical team or projects required
  • Expertise with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and management platforms
  • Process oriented manager with strong execution and follow-through skills
  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize self and team
