Job Title:

Finance and Accounting Director

Job Description:

Our company requires a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Director to lead our financial operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports, as well as providing strategic guidance on financial planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and review activities of the accounting team including accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and cash management.
  • Responsible for ensuring that financial reporting procedures are aligned with corporate standards.
  • Lead the year-end audit process, ensuring financial statements comply with relevant standards and practices; interact with financial auditors.
  • Collaborate and align with FP&A and Global Finance to provide support for planning initiatives through financial analysis and management information, reports, and recommendations.
  • Ensure all internal controls and procedures are in place and effective.
Requirements:
  • Produce monthly and year-end financial statements for statutory reporting.
  • Leadership skills and experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
