Job Description
  • Lead the development of comprehensive EH&S IT strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end EH&S IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with global process owners to develop and implement EH&S IT standards, fostering a culture of excellence and consistency.
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems, including SAP EH&S and Enablon.
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on the end-to-end IT project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices, including incident, change, release, and problem management.
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management, ensuring strong relationships and optimal outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge IT and business functions, driving collaboration and consensus.
