Job Role Summary

About Our Team

  • We are seeking an experienced engineer to contribute to large-scale project teams in a team environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working on wastewater modeling for ANZ and UK & I regions, particularly in model calibration and verification.
  • Strong proficiency in Infoworks ICM hydraulic modeling software is required.
  • Familiarity with tools like Water GEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, GeoPak would be advantageous.
  • The selected candidate will lead the project, coordinate with the lead office, mentor juniors, and ensure quality checks.
  • The role involves complete design activities to specified standards, including earthworks modeling and design, sanitary and storm sewer design, watermain design, grading of roads and driveways, lot grading, and stormwater management design of ponds and other retention systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to engineering design assignments in a collaborative team environment.
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Candidate should be well-versed with Infoworks ICM hydraulic modeling software.
  • Candidate should have hands-on experience with modeling tools like Water GEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, GeoPak.
  • Coordinate with Lead Office, mentor juniors and ensure quality checks.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent from any global organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, see the 'bigger picture', take a birds-eye view of projects.
  • Confident, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines.
  • Accountability for assigned work, accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, willing to learn and develop.
  • Able to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
