Job Opportunity: High Salary Sr/Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Engineer to join our team.

  • Contribute to engineering design assignments in a collaborative environment on large-scale project teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in wastewater modelling, particularly in the ANZ and UK & I regions, with expertise in model calibration and verification.
  • Strong proficiency in Infoworks ICM hydraulic modelling software is essential.
  • Experience with modeling tools such as Water GEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, and GeoPak is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Common Data Environment (ProjectWise and BIM 360) is required.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring quality checks.
Responsibilities:
  • Complete design activities to specified standards, including earthworks modelling and design, sanitary and storm sewer design, watermain design, grading of roads and drive isles, lot grading, and stormwater management design of ponds and other retention systems.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE) license, or equivalent certification in the relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work well independently, and a strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • US/UK/Canada experience is an added advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for self-motivated learning.
  • Able to work within a multidisciplinary team.
