Job Opportunity: Event Professional

We are seeking an experienced Event Professional to drive community engagement, brand visibility, and reputation management across platforms.

This role focuses on creating exceptional experiences for residents and showcasing our employer brand. Key responsibilities include:

  • Event Management: Plan and execute on-site and virtual events that cater to resident interests.
  • Lead planning and execution of events (social, wellness, networking, etc.)
  • Coordinate with community teams to align events with resident preferences
  • Manage sponsorships, artists, vendors, and event budgets effectively
  • Track post-event feedback to enhance future events
  • Marketing & Branding: Develop integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, influencer, offline) to showcase our brand
  • Create engaging marketing materials to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted marketing efforts
  • Employer Branding & Reputation: Enhance our employer brand by developing strategies to improve public sentiment
  • Monitor and manage online presence on relevant platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
