Production Process Controller

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Process Controller to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of work orders, managing warehouse activities, and implementing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a production environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse management, kitting activities, and material obsolescence tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods.
  • Ensure timely completion of kitting activities by following up with the warehouse team.
  • Implement ECOs for all sub-assemblies.
  • Monitor and execute MO aging tracking to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain a healthy level of FGIT WIP.
  • Fulfill customer commitments without any gaps.
  • Monitor and achieve planned rates, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct daily meetings with CFT members to discuss losses and address issues with the right person.

  • Experience: 2-5 years
