Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to fill the role of Workday Technical Consultant. This position will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and innovation.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes, fundamentals, and best practices.
  • A minimum of two years experience working with HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and Time & Absence systems is required.
  • The successful applicant will be able to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities are essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, and maintain integrations with various systems using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  2. Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  3. Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
  4. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
  5. Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.
  6. Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.
  7. Participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems.
  8. Support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks.
