  • Drive non-conformance identification, closure, and preventive measures.

Project Management & Controls responsibilities include tracking schedule, budget, and productivity KPIs, ensuring timely availability of resources, identifying risks, and preparing reports.

  • Promote a culture of zero-defect, safety-first, and accountability at site.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement responsibilities include leading site teams, acting as the primary interface with contractors, and collaborating with other project teams.
