Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to take on a challenging role in content creation and customer engagement.

The primary goal of this position is to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by translating English content into Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via email, social media, and phone calls, ensuring professional interactions.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent listening skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand company products and services.
  • Support customers through email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Provide detailed information to customers.
  • Maintain records of each phone call for future reference.
  • Offer training sessions to new employees to enhance their skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers for further information.
  • Take customer feedback.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
  • Create content for the team in line with marketing requirements.
  • Contribute to social media and website content.

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in providing support in the respective languages.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented individual.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
