Technical Product Leadership Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned technical product leader to drive the development of innovative solutions that address our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and identify technical and functional needs through rigorous analysis of RFPs and tender documents.
  • Develop detailed product roadmaps, technical specifications, and workflows for engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure alignment of product development with client requirements and contractual obligations through close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear communication between technical and business stakeholders by serving as a bridge between the two.
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and client-facing teams to ensure client satisfaction and product alignment.
  • Present technical solutions and product updates to both internal teams and external clients through effective communication.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to shape product development strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development methodologies, with a strong background in APIs, cloud platforms, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence, with a strong understanding of B2B product development.
  • Proven ability to translate complex RFPs and tender documents into clear and actionable product requirement documents.
