Memory Layout Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Memory Layout Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing memory layouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design leaf cell level and top-level integration of custom memories such as SRAM and Register Files.
  • Collaborate with circuit designers to translate schematics into optimized layouts.
  • Have a good understanding of floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints.
  • Debug physical verification checks including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR.
  • Understand advanced process nodes, preferably 5nm and below.
  • Preferably have experience in scripting languages such as SKILL, Python, or TCL.
Requirements:
  • Experience in custom-based memories or compiler-based memories.
  • Exposure to high-performance and/or low-power memory layout optimization techniques.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in memory layout design.
