Job Description

As a BIM Coordinator, you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment driving exceptional quality and service for major residential, commercial, education, and retail projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing 3D Models from consultants and contractors.
  • Conducting clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
  • Managing views to issues.
  • Automating grouped clashes.
  • Configuring BIM Track settings for Navisworks.
  • Displaying interactive clash pinpoint locations in Navisworks models with sectioning filters to better visualize clash locations.
  • Synchronizing clash status.
  • Managing Navisworks clashes and Viewpoint.
  • Publishing models to Viewer from Navisworks.
  • Translating clashes to issues: publishing issues with different properties/attributes from the Clash Detective and publishing issues as multiple batches.
  • Auditing and reviewing models in Autodesk Revit.
  • Conducting early design reviews and constructability analysis.
