Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python. They will develop high-quality test scripts, execute cross-browser testing, collect and manage test data, and collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless delivery.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with a programming language like Java or Python.
  • Develop, execute, and debug high-quality automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and relevant tools.
  • Execute test cases across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.) and platforms.
  • Collect and manage test data for data-driven testing.
  • Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to ensure test objectives are met.
  • Perform and manage regression testing to ensure application stability.
  • Integrate automation tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Selenium WebDriver.
  • Java or Python as primary programming languages, with potential exposure to other languages.
  • TestNG or JUnit as testing frameworks.
  • Cucumber as BDD framework.
  • Jira, Confluence as project management and defect tools.
  • Git, Bitbucket as version control systems.
  • Maven or Gradle as build tools.
  • Rest Assured for API testing.
  • Agile and Scrum methodologies.
