Bookkeeping Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper with expertise in XERO software to deliver exceptional accounting services.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, managing client accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing expert advice on financial matters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients' accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide expert advice on financial planning, budgeting, and tax compliance.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve financial issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with demonstrated proficiency in XERO software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as tax compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
