Job Title: Chief Software Design Officer

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our software design efforts.

  • Lead the development and implementation of Teamcenter PLM functionalities, leveraging extensive knowledge on configuration and customization solutions.
  • Evaluate current business processes, use cases, and system requirements for PLM functions, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and drive future state recoupling of identified use, process, and system cases.
  • Develop and implement concurrent global project development strategies, driving collaboration between onsite and offshore teams.
  • Apply hands-on experience in Java, Teamcenter BMIDE, SAP OData, Microservices, Cloud, and Federated architectures in development.
  • Pursue design excellence in all domains of PLM, including variants & options, BOM, Classification, Change Management, and CAD/ERP/MES/CRM integrations.

To excel in this role, you will:

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Bring at least 7 years of experience in design/architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Teamcenter production implementations.
  • Have a track record of delivering large-scale, end-to-end implementations (including infrastructure design) of Teamcenter.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS-Office tools and be willing to travel globally for projects.
