SAP Delivery Leadership

Delivering impactful SAP solutions requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of the technology. Our company is seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Leader who can drive portfolio development, lead customer-facing engagements, and position SAP solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP delivery initiatives across multiple industries, ensuring successful project execution and delivery excellence.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and client workshops, to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and solution roadmaps tailored to client requirements, leveraging expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, and Joule.
  • Apply deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (RISE/GROW, Joule, and latest project tools) to design and deliver customer solutions that meet client needs.
  • Partner with sales, consulting, and technical teams to build and grow the SAP services portfolio, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to position SAP as a strategic enabler of business transformation, delivering value to clients.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in delivery/portfolio leadership roles, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales and business development, including RFP responses and solution pitches, showcasing strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (latest versions), SAP Signavio, and exposure to Joule, with experience with SAP Activate methodology and other S/4HANA project tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore models.
  • Strong portfolio management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships, delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
