Job Title: Software Architect

**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Software Architect to join our dynamic team. As an AVP, you will play a key role in designing and implementing technical solutions that meet business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and detect dependencies.
  • Capture functional and non-functional requirements and design technical solutions using Spring Framework and REST Architecture.
  • Ensure overall quality and fit of technical solution and oversee progress of development team.

**Requirements**

  • Strong expertise in system design and architecture with ability to develop high-level designs and architectural blueprints.
  • Proven experience in establishing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills with ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Technical leadership and mentorship abilities with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
