Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and scale high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Optimize daily to squeeze out better results and improve return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Test and experiment with new ideas to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with creatives to turn bold ideas into ads that convert
  • Analyze campaigns to uncover insights and inform future decisions
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads in a D2C or agency setting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel
  • Able to balance data-driven decision-making with creative experimentation
