About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to drive campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms. As the face of our company for clients, you will be responsible for achieving client return on ad spend (ROAS), growing their brands, retaining them with excellent service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights.

You will plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns, taking full ownership of client accounts. Your strong communication and client-facing skills will enable you to explain data and strategy clearly to clients. We require a proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably, as well as a high-ownership mindset that ensures results.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta and Google. You will collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals and monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Management: Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across various channels.
  • Client Ownership: Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
  • Communication: Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Optimisation: Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Ownership Mindset: A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results.
  • Clinical Guidance: Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
