Job Title: Operational Accounting Manager

Job Description:
  • Perform operational accounting activities related to transfer agency and maintenance, including providing operational accounting support to internal business groups and/or operations departments.
  • Ensure that transactions are managed within process procedure and policy requirements, analyzing and reviewing shareowner/client documents for accuracy.
  • Trace and investigate transactions to resolve questionable data, applying corrective actions when necessary, and performing customer account maintenance duties, reviewing taxes/share balance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide operational accounting support to internal business groups and/or operations departments.
  2. Ensure accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
  3. Analyze and review data to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Relevant qualifications include a degree in accounting or a related field, and relevant experience in operational accounting.
