We are seeking a Senior Overseas Education Counsellor to guide aspiring doctors in pursuing MBBS abroad. The ideal candidate will engage with students and parents, manage end-to-end admissions, and ensure a smooth journey for students aiming to study medicine abroad.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Student Engagement & Counseling: Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, or in-person sessions; provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations; conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals.
  • Application Management: Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions; coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing; keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.
  • Post-Registration Support: Guide students through visa applications and document preparation; conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families; resolve last-mile queries before departure.
  • Post-Flying Support: Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad; act as a liaison between students and universities; offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain student records, metrics, and reports; collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability is necessary.
  • Empathy and a student-first approach are crucial.
  • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred.
