Panel Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence in the manufacturing of high-quality panels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical scheme drawings, hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes like fabrication and powder coating, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Develop and implement detailed plans for panel fabrication and wiring.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing progress at vendor sites, ensuring adherence to dispatch schedules and compliance with quality standards.
3. Conduct vendor capacity evaluations and develop process improvement initiatives.
4. Lead panel wiring, testing, and modification activities at Siemens works, handling technician teams and ensuring EHS and ISO compliance.

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 5-6 years of experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes like fabrication and powder coating.
• Strong understanding of electrical scheme drawings.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in team and resource management, along with basic computer literacy.
