Job Position: Sr. Creative Strategist

As a highly skilled and creative professional, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties on multiple brands from different industries.

  • Creative Duties: Develop and execute campaign plans, write scripts, and craft compelling copy to engage target audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the New Business team to create innovative pitches and showcases.
  • Presentation: Present entire creative plans to clients, showcasing your expertise and vision.
  • Award-Winning Work: Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards, and explore opportunities to win awards that recognize the team's excellence.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Report to the Creative Lead, who will provide guidance, feedback, and references for campaigns and other tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on various projects, from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Visual Direction: Provide design guidance to the graphic design team, ensuring cohesive visual identities.
  • Briefing and Guidance: Break down complex briefs to junior creatives, facilitating a smooth workflow.
  • Revisions and Timelines: Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance creativity and client needs.
  • Production Process: Actively participate in every stage of production, from idea generation to final product delivery.
  • Research and Industry Knowledge: Conduct in-depth research on brands, competitors, and target audiences, staying up-to-date with industry trends and online developments.
