We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital and print advertising assets for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fast-paced digital and print projects on an international scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creatives, designers, developers, and QA analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and any challenges encountered.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project management processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising or production.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print advertising, including rich media, programmatic campaigns, POS assets, and dynamic ad creatives.
  • Ability to work with media plans, manage the launch of digital ad campaigns, and comprehend spec sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
