Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at MEDHA Servo Drives Pvt Ltd (MSDPL). As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis.

About the Role:

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • To establish and continually improve our organisational wide Quality Management System that complies with industry standards and practices.
  • Determine and negotiate in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and define, implement and close process gaps so as to comply with CMMI, ISO and IRIS requirements.
  • Collaborate with Departmental Heads, Project Managers, Teams and Senior Management to propose scenarios and solutions to address areas of improvement.
  • Facilitate project and cross-functional teams in project management and quantitative project management process improvements.
  • Record, analyze and distribute statistical information on project performance.
  • Establish dashboards and reports using project management tool (Digite) and review with stakeholders.
  • Publish project quality status reports to stakeholders.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, work product audits and configuration audits, and follow up actions.
  • IDentify process and project risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Manage process documentation related to quality and process standards.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with the following qualifications:

  • B.Tech with ECE/EEE/CSE/MECHANICAL
  • At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Certified Internal Auditor for ISO
  • CMMI 2.0 certified

Salary Range: ₹800000 - ₹1200000 per annum depending on location.
