Project Executive Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Executive who will be responsible for leading multiple renovation and fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and with excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Lead the project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the internal team, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve safe, timely, and on-budget completion.
  • Prepare master schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate with cost planning teams and lead design processes, reviews, and value engineering.
Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Construction: Prepare master schedule, budget, procurement strategy, coordinate with cost planning team, and lead design process.
  • Programme Management: Prepare fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers, lead BOI deliveries and store management, identify delays, propose acceleration methods, and suggest mitigation plans.
  • Contracts & Cost Management: Prepare tender event schedule, manage change order process, lead third-party QS for post-contract QS and certification of bills, and prepare monthly cost report, cash flow, and budget updates.
  • Construction Management: Supervise site logistics, shutdown plans, and works execution strategy, lead design coordination, manage contractors' work progress, and implement quality control and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects.
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and documentation management.
