Technical Support Expert

You will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our products to resolve customer technical issues.

As the liaison between the customer and other internal teams, you will support the customer by acting as an intermediary.

Due to your ability to work in complex networking environments, you will be an ideal candidate for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, analyze and address electronic Issues/Tickets efficiently.
  • Reproduce customer environment and run tests
  • Liaise between after sales, customer and development team to properly address customer problems
  • Troubleshoot and configure the Scada software and hardware
  • On/Off- site servers configurations and commissioning of Scada systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BE/BTECH in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 2+ years' of technical support experience
  • 2-4 years of Industrial experience in Scada & PLC
  • Knowledge of server and their OS(Windows10/11, Windows Server 2012/2016) configurations and deployment
  • Knowledge of Scada/PLC & Modbus protocol is a must
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong written and verbal in English and troubleshooting skills is a must
  • Experience in IT administration would be an advantage
