Our company is seeking an experienced financial professional to manage day-to-day financial activities and ensure seamless financial operations within our organization.

This role is critical for maintaining financial accuracy, supporting financial planning, and facilitating the organization's financial health and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure accuracy in daily financial postings, reconciliations, and closing activities.
  • Oversee cash flow to ensure the organization meets all financial commitments.

Key responsibilities also include account reconciliation and reporting, budget tracking and variance analysis, as well as compliance and regulatory support.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights on budget adherence and support initiatives for cost reduction and improved expense management.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably with CA/CPA Inter/Final qualification.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills are required.

The successful candidate will have a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

They will also be able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, and have a proactive approach with problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
