Generative AI Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role as a Generative AI (GenAI) Specialist. With a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science, the ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in GenAI applications.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions, leveraging large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and deep learning techniques to solve real-world business problems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement AI Models: Develop and implement Generative AI models for tasks such as text, code, image, and data generation.
  • Prompt Engineering and Optimization: Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize the performance of LLMs.
  • ML Pipeline Development: Build and deploy machine learning pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of GenAI models.
  • Collaboration and Research: Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate GenAI solutions into business applications and stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) and natural language processing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments.

Ethical AI Practices: Ensure model performance, scalability, and ethical AI practices in deployment.
