Join Our Team as a Technical Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at SoFarSolar. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the success of our innovative Smart Energy solutions.

About the Job:

  • Provide technical training and instruction on inverter installation and maintenance to internal teams and external customers;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication;
  • Conduct remote or on-site troubleshooting, replacement, and defect analysis of inverters, utilizing industry-leading tools and best practices;
  • Collect and report after-sales support cases data to leadership, providing valuable insights for business improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks and projects, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to string inverters, hybrid inverters, and utility-based projects, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of renewable energy solutions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a proven track record of success;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
