Job Responsibilities:

• Track and process EDI enrollment agreements, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance payers via phone, email, and support center.
• Complete enrollment administration tasks within the eMEDIX enrollment tool.
• Attend meetings and professional development training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from your respective department.
• Perform in-depth research and analysis as needed to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in EDI or payer enrollment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a night shift environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with EDI standards and processes is a plus.
