Key Opportunities in Business Development

This role entails establishing a new business development vertical with an extensive understanding of multiple business models, including COCO, COFO, FOCO, and FOFO. The ideal candidate will have expertise in competitor business models and franchisee policies, along with a robust network of brokers and market intermediaries.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Establish the BD vertical and develop growth strategies
  • Knowledge of COCO, COFO, FOCO, and FOFO business models
  • Analyze competitor business models and franchisee policies
  • Source properties through brokers and market intermediaries
  • Manage a team of 1-2 members, overseeing responsibilities such as P&L analysis and annual business planning
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Possess an MBA or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of retail operations and business models
  • Able to work effectively in a startup environment and adapt quickly to changing situations
