About the Role:

As a seasoned Senior Associate Project Management with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing SAP projects, including S/4HANA initiatives. Your expertise in project management methodologies and SAP S/4HANA solutions will drive seamless integration and business process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

You will develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for ERP/SAP S/4HANA projects. Your role includes coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure delivery aligns with established objectives, budget, and timelines.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and issues related to SAP S/4HANA implementations.

  • Stakeholder Management:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and key business users. You will facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and project alignment.

  • Team Coordination and Leadership:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and functional analysts, to deliver project objectives. You will guide project team members and provide clear direction to meet goals, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive team environment.

  • Project Monitoring and Reporting:

You will track and report project progress, metrics, and key deliverables. You will maintain accurate project documentation, including project status reports, project plans, and other relevant documentation.

  • Process Optimization:

You will identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem and collaborate with the appropriate teams to implement enhancements. You will ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and company policies in all project phases.
