SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead to join our team at McCain Foods. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical architecture, operations, and strategic planning of our SAP S/4HANA environment.
About the RoleAs a SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead, you will have a minimum of 12+ years of experience working across a range of SAP implementations, upgrades, conversions, and migration projects. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our S/4/Hana systems.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for overseeing daily Operational activities such as health checks of SAP systems, database administration, client maintenance activities, performance tuning, applying Support Packages & kernel updates, and project activities like installations, upgrades, and data migrations.
- Strong HANA experience and BASIS tech skills in Net weaver concepts and products (ERP or S/4 HANA, BW, PI, FIORI, Solution Manager, BODS, BOBJ, Cloud Connector) are essential.
- You should be able to carry out audits of any SAP/HANA system to identify bottlenecks and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scripts for automation and maintenance of DB environments is also crucial.
- Collaborating effectively with peer engineers, developers to solve complex problems is vital.
- You must be able to communicate clearly and with ease with all relevant stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
- Must have hands-on experience on Upgrades, Add-on Installations, HANA Scale-out environment, and well-versed with multi-tenant DBs.
- Deep knowledge of System Architecture, HANA Technology including High Availability and Disaster Recovery is necessary.
- Experience on UX & Business Technology Platform (BTP) including Cloud Security and Architecture: Single Sign-On, Infrastructure Security, HANA is beneficial.
- SAP Certification and Hyperscaler Certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) is an added advantage.
