Are you looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – Sourcing & Supplier Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the Sourcing & Supplier Development team in achieving departmental and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and develop new suppliers for precision-machined components; evaluate supplier capabilities, quality systems, and production capacity.
  • Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing, process improvements, and vendor consolidation.
  • Manage procurement of engineering components, engineering controls, and electrical drives for large-size machines.
  • Oversee supplier development, vendor negotiations, and warranty claims management with back-to-back warranty arrangements.
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services at optimum cost, quality, and timelines for machine and mold production.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • 18–25 years of core supply chain management experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years heading complete Sourcing & Supplier Development function.
  • Strong background in tool room or machine-building industry.
  • Age: 42–45 years.
  • Preferred: Experience in capital equipment or project-based procurement, including Mother Machines selection, negotiation, and purchase.
