About Senior Capture Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the full cycle of bids, proposals, and sales reporting processes. This key position plays a vital role in supporting business growth through effective management of procurement opportunities, compliant submissions, client pricing strategies, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid & Proposal Management: Identify opportunities, review qualification criteria, prepare compliance documents, and lead the bidding process.
  • Sales & Commission Reporting: Lead end-to-end reporting by exporting daily sales reports and uploading to designated systems.
  • Pricing Operations: Manage pricing across client accounts, initiate price revision requests, and coordinate vendor implementation.
  • Client Engagement & Presentations: Develop and present strategic profitability recommendations through Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and management teams to align on reporting, pricing, and proposal strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF tools.
  • Hands-on experience with FileMaker Pro, VendTrak, and Cantaloupe.
  • Proven ability to manage bids, proposals, and procurement documentation.
  • Experience preparing client-facing reports, pricing models, and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
