Job Role Overview:

As a Pricebook Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the management of price information across various vendors and products. This position involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing details within our PDI Enterprise Pricebook system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update item-level pricing and promotional activity from multiple sources
  • Maintain and clean up price data to ensure regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing of outdated items
  • Collaborate daily with operations, accounting, marketing, and vendor partners
  • Identify, research, and resolve problems through reporting and other means
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Prior experience with PDI/Price Book, marketing, or accounting is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to learn store applications, including PDI software
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
