Our team is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Graduate Trainee. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ORM strategies to enhance clients' online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ORM strategies to boost clients' online presence.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms.
  • Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Utilize ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends.
  • Stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management.
  • Prepare detailed ORM performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship.
