Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic Flutter development team. This leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the Flutter development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Mobile Application Development: Oversee the design, coding, and testing of mobile applications for trading and wealth management using Flutter.
  • Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Architecture & Scalability: Architect and implement scalable and robust Flutter applications.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends and advancements in mobile app development.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and testing phases.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to develop comprehensive test plans.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Flutter Developer or in a similar role.
  • UI/UX Expertise: In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git and agile methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
