Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee our organization's IT infrastructure. This includes planning, implementing, and managing servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning
    • Create and execute infrastructure strategies that align with business goals and scalability needs.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management
    • Manage hybrid environments with cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
    • Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting
    • Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Vendor & Budget Management
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles. Essential skills include strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms, leadership and team management capabilities, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and project management abilities.
