Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Architect
- Evaluate and recommend cloud services and components for various cloud platforms.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Lead the planning and implementation of cloud infrastructure, considering best practices for security, performance, and reliability.
About This Role: We are looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable and highly available cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver cloud-based solutions using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Implement secure by design principles through infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Evaluate and recommend Azure/GCP services and components for various Azure Services.
- Maintain container-based / Kubernetes-based workloads; understanding of container security threats and best practices.
- Develop and maintain cloud networking & cloud-based security controls, such as SSL certificate management, API gateway, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) and associated security best practices.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience building, deploying, and securing cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
- Strong background in designing and implementing cloud solutions using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Extensive experience working with YAML pipelines/Azure Pipelines/Azure DevOps.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud security policies, standards, regulations, and best practices, as well as strong understanding of cloud-focused security risks and threats.
